A Family Constellations Experience …
Often referred to as quantum quackery and a pseudoscience–this body of work is something Jon love’s to share for the amazing creative potential it offers all of us, when we entertain its constructs.
It offers re-solutions to ‘icky’ experiences or struggles that can’t be easily solved with the conventional coaching and transformational models.
Many sound personal growth and transformational frameworks focus on aligning your identity (“I am …”), beliefs, thoughts, behaviors and environments, so you can get the results you want.
That is appropriate, and very useful.
However … sometimes we can experience the finest of these change works, but still find ourselves having inexplicable bouts of anger, depression, guilt, exhaustion, terror and severe heart-break. From losing money, failing professionally, causing turmoil in our relationships, or consistently damaging ourselves (physically and emotionally) in ways that just don’t seem to make sense.
Just what is going on?
This is where Family Constellations work (creation of Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist and family systems therapist) combined with the wisdom of Kaskafayet (an ungoogle-able entity) becomes relevant.
Over the course of the 3 hours (LIVE), we will explore the hidden dynamics that may be holding you back from realizing your aspirations in life, regardless of how much personal development work you have consumed in this lifetime. Typically, a minimum of 10 participants are required for the mechanics of a constellation to effectively operate. However, knowledge-wise, there are no pre-requisites to experience this work.
How does it all work?
As human beings we are a product of the experiences of the many generations that preceded us. As such, their unresolved emotions, beliefs, and behaviors can show up as repeating problems or challenges in our own lives, and the lives of our families. It is embedded in our identity.
This particular work helps reveal and resolve these shackling experiences that can keep people stuck in all areas of their life.
This metaphor will help you understand it better …
Imagine watching a captain and his ship go down. He chooses to go down with his ship because of the 40 year history of adventures he has shared with it. To that captain, the ship is his life itself, and without it—there is no life worth living.
His attention is 100% on his ship. Without voicing aloud, he wishes for his hundreds of crew members to take the rafts and to find safety on shore. Before the ship is gobbled up by the sea.
But they don’t. The crew stay with him. As the ship is to the captain, the captain is to his crew. So they sink together. They die together. Because that is their expression of love and devotion.
But also very limiting when you consider that almost every single one of us does the same thing, but for our ancestors and family members. If they are poor, starving, struggling, and feeling victimized—we will (other-than-consciously) experience poverty, starvation, struggle and pain in order to demonstrate our love for them. To feel like we belong rather than feeling like we are betraying our family.
Hard to believe isn’t it? But often, solutions to the inexplicable lay in the domain of the inconceivable.

Unworkable Attempt to Say I Love You to Someone Else …”
Who is it for?
Appropriate for anybody who has a family 🙂
Often, clients report experiencing a deep sense of emotional healing during and after the session. However, that is not the case for all. Sometimes, the work leaves things unresolved, but when embraced and seen for what is, things can start to moving in the following weeks and months. Some key benefits include:
- Achieve more clarity in your life direction and business.
- Gain greater confidence and certainty in yourself, to pursue the life you want, and preserve the many aspects of your life that you currently treasure.
- Deeper connection in relationships whether that is with your partner, family, friends or colleagues.
- Rapidly decrease your stress levels through emotional balance.
- Greater expression of creativity whether that is in your personal hobbies or at work.
- Closure regarding a difficult or traumatic event in a family system.
What the 3 Hour Session will look like
In order to carry out this work, a number of representatives are needed (for yourself, and other members of your family system). This usually starts at a minimum of 2 representations, and can increase from there. As the work is dynamic, the group determines how things unfold during the course of the day. Therefore, all participants are asked is to show up and give their full attention to the day’s activities. The experience can be summarized by the following activities:
- Setting up family constellations within a groups (small and large), and arranging the representatives of a family constellation in spatial relationship to each other according to the clients experience.
- Understanding of the real dynamics at play in a family system including; loyalties to certain members, members who have been excluded, and how they are affecting peoples’ lives.
- Allowing the family dynamic to re-order itself in a way that allows healing and love to flow more naturally.
Jon Low will be your facilitator. Participants will be guided through the exercises. Jon’s role is to hold a space, and provide the appropriate exploration. In doing so, clients are respected for the personal resourcefulness they already have, but may not be in appropriate function. When clients realize how it is they have created their current experience of life, they come into deeper levels of respect, rapport and confidence with the life they are living, and the life they want to reach towards thereon.
Once you have booked your session, a venue will need to be confirmed. It is recommended that sessions are booked at least a fortnight in advance.
“There’s no vocabulary for love within a family.
Love that’s lived in but not looked at.
Love within the light of which all else is seen.
The love within which all other love finds speech.
This love is silent.”
