“Man is of good intent. When you see evil everywhere in man’s intent — in your own actions and those of others — then you set yourself up against your own existence, and that of your kind.”
(A Seth assertion, channeled and documented by Jane Roberts and Robert F. Butts)
“Will someone help me please?” This statement, while not explicitly communicated, is often the heart of human communications when we desparately want life and our experiences of life, to be vastly different. It holds the energy of hope that perhaps someone, something, or some occurence, has the creational authority to decide upon a new destination for our lives (a coach? a god? a guru? some symbol of power?).
But at what cost? We defer our creational responsibility for our lives and the collective human race, to some other power or authority that we believe knows better for us. And in a mirroring universe (not a punishing or rewarding one) that responds with “yes” to what you want and “yes” to what you don’t want, we get exactly that …
… structures, organizations, power figures, and authorities that decide our ways of operation–utilizing the commonly known systems of governance; law, finance, education, healthcare etc. This leaves us in a state of great disempowerment. Where our ideals, dreams, and aspirations for renewing the world, renewing life, and renewing ourselves–become wrought with conflicting with the mass ecology that pervades our collective reality.
A conflict that we as a collective humanity have seeded and sustained with great force. But without the realization that the disempowerment we experience, is a state of grandiose affairs that we empowered and operationalized with great force. And as we resist it more, and feed the dissatisfaction with our attention; we feed the beast that was once our puppy in essence.
The common PR adage, “Any publicity is good publicity.” is accurate in the sense that whatever attention is given, sustains that which receives the attention. Whether it is war, famine, injustice, natural disasters etc. Humanity as it is, is caught in a loop of warring with themselves, other-selves, and life itself, in an unworkable attempt to win against what we at heart have generated together … our own creation. And the more we fight the more this baby grows in strength and formidability.
What we fight against we feed.
What we ignore keepings knocking on our door.
What we see with simplicity we set free.
What shall we as a race do? Is it as simple as just not feeding the beast? Disacknowledging that the current state of affairs is as it is? Not at all. We all have selves to feed, people to care for, bills to pay, and commitments to fulfill. If it was as easy as just saying, “Today I will just go to the beach, eat food, swim, sunbake, and ignore the rest of the world …” Then I am sure you wouldn’t be reading this post. It would be superfluous. 🙂
If you have read my previous post, you will understand the incredible creational directives behind all our thoughts and attentions. And that to re-cast the way we live and experience life requires a deep respect of seeing what is. Taking what is given. And choosing again. To be human is to experience what we experience by choice. And to choose again. It starts with being in rapport with where we are. And generating great rapport with where we can be.
But to take on this frame, means decompressing from a key presupposition that operates well beyond our conscious awareness–and greatly informs the outcomes of our attentions and activities …
We are some flawed condition that needs rescuing, that must repent for the fault we inheritly are. We therefore must submit to a power that knows better than us, or become an enforcing power that knows better than others. In that essence, devoted worshippers and fanatic tyrants are more or less, the same. They are poles of the same magnet. Both stabilize each other.
With this directive in operation, we as a race have no authority over our experience and the casting of life itself. As directors, we simply become actors in the show we wrote, forgetting that we have any say as to how the script might change and evolve.
It occurs to me, these main presuppositions are what underpins the afflictions we as a race experience. And, as much as I wish I think I know the answer or re-solutions to what is … it is not within my authority to decide for other Souls 🙂 I can only share what I believe to be the main maneuvers of attention and intention that can provide a clearer path which we can progress. The choice is always up to the individual. So here is what I would love to offer:
Firstly, re-directing our lives involves separating the experiences we have, to the Self (or Selves) that are having that experience. When we dis-identify with an experience, we have choice about the experience. We can go from “I Am” that experience, to “I Am Having” that experience. Now the experience is in our hands rather than being behind our eyes.
This is often done in presence of an assisting practitioner, guide, or teacher. When we see the good in others, and intend they facilitate the good that is inherent in us, we summon the human collaborative order which holds great authority.
Secondly, we must appreciate what that experience is–knowing that if we didn’t want that experience on some level, we wouldn’t have been having it. It is to hold the experience, marvel at the ways in which it was generated, and decide what to do with it next. If it is heart-break that has repeated as a result of safety patterning, we can say “OMG! This was perfect for what it served then. But it has now overstayed its use.”
Thirdly, as the charge that sustains the unwanted present is diffused, our energies and attentions are freed up to ask ourselves the question, “What would I like?” We can set our internal visions and intentions to an experience of life we want for ourselves, that then becomes available for those participating in life itself; people, places, animals, things, and forces. When we empower our own lives we empower the lives of our race as whole.
Lastly, we do all the above over and over again … just because we can 🙂
The human experience is a collaboration. No One goes it alone. We go it with All.
Humans by Choice,
